The FCC Pre-Legal Debt Recovery system collects on a 21 day cycle and is geared to keep members informed at all times. Since the service was brought 'In House' in April 1993 we have collected in excess of £35,000,000 for members with a current success rate of 85%.
The service is *FREE to 'Full' members as long as the account in question is less than 90 days of its due and payable date, over £75.00 and is not disputed. The service covers the UK, whilst foreign debts are also handled - details/costs available on request.
*'Associate' members can use the service on a 'Commission on Collection' basis. (Commissions ranging from only 1.5% - 6% Minimum £20)
FCC assess each case individually to ascertain the financial situation of the debtor and chase payments accordingly. We have the facility to set up and administer any payment plans agreed by the member and will always try and keep the matter out of court. Should we be unsuccessful we advise the member of the best way to take a case Legal and can also recommend appropriate solicitors who act at a discounted rate for members.
Members services are provided by an associated company : PARAGON SCHEME MANAGEMENT SERVICES LTD trading as: FCC PARAGON. The Debt Recovery service can also be accessed through FCC PARAGON on an outside client basis (commission on collection).
