CERTIFICATES The FCC Membership Certificate supplied in the Members Pack indicates to current and potential customers and clients that as a member of a credible association an undertaking has been made to act with honesty and integrity. The FCC Certificate of Merit is issued to members each year on renewal, indicating that since becoming a member the FCC has received no complaints regarding the quality of service or workmanship provided. FCC LOGOS Members are able to enhance their firm's image by displaying the FCC logo on their business vehicles, shop windows, stationery, printed advertisements etc. LETTERS OF INTRODUCTION The FCC can assist in enhancing member's credibility by supplying Letters of Introduction for use when approaching new clients and customers. An integral part of this letter is the 'Dispute Resolution Charter' which is designed to give a member's new clients and customers additional confidence to choose the member rather than their competitor. FCC WEB-SITE FCC Members are able to advertise their services free on the web-site. Together with the type of service the advertisement lists the contact details and also the company's logo if they wish. TRADING STANDARDS A company displaying our logo are indicating that as a member of the FCC they are a credible business, acting with honesty and integrity, which will give confidence and assurance to potential customers. The FCC co-operates with Trading Standards offices throughout the UK. Whenever a query is received from either Trading Standards or a potential customer we always promote the member by advising them that the member has undertaken to act with honesty and integrity, how long they have held membership and (if applicable) that we have received no complaints regarding the member. |
