AN EXTRA RESOURCE FOR YOUR BUSINESS

Established in 1983 by business people for business people, the Federation of Crafts and Commerce is a non profit making, non political business association providing a practical support package to its small to medium sized business Members.

Members are typically businesses employing between 1 and 50 staff, and the self employed - the type of enterprise that is very often vulnerable when it comes to finding the time, expertise and money necessary to handle issues such as customers, (including multi national), HM Customs and Excise, the Inland Revenue, employees, government departments, competitors, local government and the general public.

The FCC membership is nationwide and represents thousands of business men and women who recognise the need to add credibility to their company and to protect their business, gain access to information and resources and collect outstanding monies.

The main aim of the FCC is to reduce the impact of problems which can otherwise so often damage, or even destroy, a valuable enterprise. It achieves its aim by providing a unique package of practical support services which can be accessed easily and quickly by its Members. The integrity of the Federation is paramount and absolute, and all members are required to sign an undertaking to conduct their business transactions with honesty and integrity. Each Member has one share in the Federation.
